Tower Easter Egg?
On one of the balconies overlooking the spawn area, if you go right up to the railing it gives you the option to "Activate Fan"
Anyone else find this? Anyone know what it does, or is it just a bug?

Nevermind, apparently if someone stands on the giant fan on the post office it blasts them into the air.
