That would actually be pretty interesting, some quarters in the Tower or maybe even in the City. It would be nice to kick back after a hard day's striking and exploring to relax in a personal pad. Complete with trophies from your fallen foes :D. Also it would be cool if they added leisure activities in the City you can access. Even add scattered lore. Like maybe books or talking to people, learn more about the current culture of humanity because it does look fascinating, or the political landscape (it's never revealed who's really in charge after the one thousand kings, also with the factions fighting for control), just flesh the crap outta that lore. It could add a lot to the story, like give you a reason to actually want to defend and save the City and its inhabitants.
