Backstory (Seriously please understand a backstory means before becoming a guardian) My name isn’t important but my story is… Mars was given a grim reminder that they weren’t safe, my village was under siege by the Cabal. I remember my mom screaming telling me to run but a Cabal shot her in the back just as she said it. As I ran out the village I saw my father the leader of the village at the town hall on his knees. A Cabal captain was ready to execute him. I felt so helpless as I watched my friends and family die right before my eyes. The tanks hail fire over my head. I ran towards my father thinking that I could save him but it was too late a loud shot brought silence to my ears from then on. Nothing mattered anymore. The tanks, the cabal, the burned down town. I lost everyone. The Cabal captain who shot my father spotted me I started running for my life knowing it was pointless but then a mysterious man appeared. He spoke to me “Is there anyone else” he said. I told him that everyone died. Without a word he got off his sparrow and ran into the town. I saw a purple aurora around him as he jumped high into the air and shot out emissive power at the Cabal tanks. I fell back in awe. Then he took out his weapon and started to shoot at the Cabal captain but it was too late he was already on his way back to his ship. The mysterious man came back to me and asked me if I was hurt. I told him no. He told me if I have anywhere to go I told him no. “I will take you under my wing young one” he said. With nowhere to go and no one alive to take care of me what choice did I have I thought to myself. I got on his sparrow and we went to his camp. Becoming a guardian (Okay now you can ready how he became a guardian) This is the story of how I almost died... The Knights and I were sent out on a suicide mission to save the last city on earth. Yeah, Earth. A planet I don’t care about but if It wasn’t for my earth born brother who saved me that one night I wouldn’t be here to tell this story. So we gear up and head to our ship to find this fallen armada coming to wipe earth clean. As soon as we jump into space we can visibly see the ships out our windows. “I’m seriously doing this for earth” I think to myself. My brother noticed that the armada hasn’t shot at us already so he tells our pilot to land on top the mothership and find a way we can board. As we left the ship my brother came up with a brilliant plan. “Blast the ships haul!” he hollered. “You got to be kidding….” I murmured. My brother and I channeled our energy and blasted the haul open and we all just jumped in. Still surprised they haven’t tried killing us…oh wait no spoke too soon. There were fallen swarming to us. One of the knights offered to draw attention away from the rest of the team while we head to the bridge. I was skeptical about the idea but my brother allowed it. “You will be remembered for your sacrifice” he told him. The knight leaped into the air and took on five fallen warriors right in front of me. “Looks like he can handle them” I told my brother as we ran to the bridge. As soon as we got to the bridge we encountered the largest fallen we have ever seen. This beast of a fallen captain lunged out and sliced my helmet, without hesitation I punched him off of me and the knights began to fire at him. My brother asked the titian to handle him as we all found the control station. “With pleasure” the titian said. With everyone distracted, the rest of the knights head to the core of the ship to set a bomb. Finally when we got there setting the bomb up and everything you’d think this is all too easy. Ohhh but it wasn’t, the fallen our teammate was distracting died and the rest of the fallen found us. I told the hunters to cover us with sniper fire while my brother and I finish setting the bomb. Unfortunately the bomb got damaged during the skirmish and the timer is ticking away quickly. It was clear to all of us that we aren’t making it out of here. My brother radioed in to the pilot and told him “You have to get out now and head back to the city in Russia, we are blowing up the mothership causing a chain reaction killing all the ships around it and we can’t make it out in time” As the ship left, the mothership began to explode beginning the chain reaction the pilot had no choice but to turn on hyper space and leave the knights behind before he dies in the chain reaction as well. Years later we were resurrected by ghosts and became guardians of the last safe city on earth.
