So I saw somewhere that your Ghost brought you back to life in the story of Destiny, and this got me thinking about a possible start to the game. Picture the scene: The camera flies through a bank of clouds, and when it breaches out of the other side, the traveller and the last city come into view. The screen fades to black after a long view at the city, and when it refocuses the traveller is replaced on the screen with your Ghost at night time. The camera follows the Ghost until it comes across a body laying on the floor and the Ghost begins to shed beams of white and blue light over the body. Once again the screen fades to black, but this time when it refocuses, you are in the First Person looking up at the Ghost from your Guardians perspective. Shakily your Guardian stands up and the Ghost keeps its distance for now, whilst it tells you why it woke you and so on and so forth. The Ghost asks you to stand still and follow him with you head by looking around. This will help player get accustomed to the controls and could also be tied into the beginning of the story. After this the Ghost says it has a surprise for you, and your spaceship speeds into view, and you go into orbit, where you select the first campaign mission.
All ties up pretty nicely huh? Choose how you would feel if this was the start of the game from the options below. Be honest.-Roo
