Destiny Loadout Builder and Skill Tree Calculator
I'm almost finished with my [url=http://www.destinytheguide.com/loadouts.html]loadout builder[/url] for Destiny based on what we saw in the Alpha and I wanted to share it with you all. It needs some graphic updates, but it is fully functional. It could use some added features like a summary of your chosen skills, and a way to save your build. but I'll work on those soon.
If you find any bugs, please let me know. Hope you enjoy.
I also plan on expanding the builder to include armor and weapon mods after the open Beta.

Update: I've added the summary and icon images and updated the logic so you can deselect at will. Right now all the subclasses are using the Striker's icons. I expect a lot of changes to the icons cause they dont make a lot of sense for some of the skills, so I'm waiting to do more. I think I'm gonna start working on the tooltips and a visual preview of the effects on stats next. Enjoy.

Update: I've added the three new subclasses to the builder and updated the changes to skills since Alpha. Also, I'm aware that the Warlock subclass is now named Sunsinger instead of Firesinger. I'll get to that in a bit, but I gotta run for now.

4 Repliesthis is boss! awesome job, if you need someone to do the icons hit me up as im a ui designer, so can get them whipped up if you need em. (out of work hours obviously) Im sure ill find my loadout horrendous and end up buying all of them and spending hours trying to get the right feel to how rubbish ill play keep up the great work

1 ReplyI hope you realise that those are focuses, not loadouts. I think loadouts are the actual weapons, not abilities.

1 ReplyGreat tool. Awesome Job. Now, there seems to be room for some dedicated builds. Fire Hunter (PYRO), Vamp Warlock (Health Drain), Train Titian (Its hard to stop a train) to name a few.
