So, I'll start with a disclaimer. I'm not monetarily well off. Even getting the game is somewhat pushing the limits of my finances. I have an xbox 360 (Which I'm lucky to have even) and a crappy (But overpriced) Pc. Essentially my question is will I be alone?
I see virtually no threads about console players from the prior generations who are getting this game. It's clear to me that this is going to be a game largely driven by a large population. So what's going to happen to those of us who don't have the luxury of owning a next generation console?
Just wondered if any of you are in the same boat. It might make the game feel cooler, a few lone guardians united against the darkness. Instead of a horde of "Lol bro, kickass" Guardians that vastly outnumber the enemies.
Thoughts?

Well, you might not have the largest branch of the destiny community to play with but you'll be fine. This happened with the ps2/xbox guys when last gen came out too. Some of us are just lucky to have the money to spare, to have a job in general. What I'd do is just start saving, few bucks a week until you can get a larger chunk to even it out for a next gen console. If you're too young for a job even, try some neighborhood jobs like lawn care, or babysitting, dog walking. Sounds corny but if you really need a new console they're viable options.
