correct me if i'm wrong:
Watercooling seems to be a complex system of mounting a radiator fan connected to a series of rubber pipes connected to a large cup of water to a system such as a GPU. less fans since things are somehow cooled by not yet to leak hoses so quieter.
Air Cooling seems pretty simple and easy. it's a series of fans combined with the parts and case design. fans are louder since there are more of them.
which one is better for gaming and/or easier to set up?
does Noctua make the best fans(someone on youtube said they did)?
edit: for planned specs, see reply to turkey.

You could go for a CLC, although they are kinda pricy. Just stick a fat Noctua heatsink on your CPU and get similar performance.
