It's through a promotion for Playstation, and the deal is you have to go through the video and find the hidden trophies, then you get a code. So far I've gotten a couple of 14 day trials, but according to the email it's possible to get a year's PSN+ subscription too. I'm not sure how long this will last, either. Here's what you do.
