Dark Souls 2 tips?
I just need some tips on defeating The Pursuer. Also how do you guys like the second Dark Souls compared to the first one? I also just got the game today btw if you're wondering why I'm asking about the second boss.

As for the Pursuer, yeah you can use the Ballista to shoot him like Hylebos said, provided you can time it right. This can be easier in co op because you can just have 1 guy distract the Pursuer while the other lines up the shot. But if you don't want to use the Ballista it's pretty much just learning the right way to dodge his attacks, you'll just get the hang of how to dodge as you get better at understanding the game.

1 ReplyThe pursuer is actually pretty easy if you want to cheese it, at the beginning of the fight, stand near the entrance and lure him over, and when he goes into an attacking animation, immediately run around him and sprint for the Ballistas behind him. Get on a Ballista, fire a shot at him, it should hit him for 90 to 95% of his health, if not outright kill him.
