That f***king giant worm (lost planet)
Lost planet had a giant worm on about mission 4. I knew there was an achievement for killing it so I did. Then it respawned...
This cycle continued until I'd killed it 6 times then I realised that you only had to leave the area to get the achievement and I'd wasted an hour of gaming.
