what we really need:
Socks.
Step aside, capes.
Think about all the options, any color, any size, odor eliminating or waterproof, heck, you could even mismatch them!
Nothing would give me more joy than killing a fallen captain, and then deftly relieving his corpse of his socks.
They could add buffs as well, maybe if we take our boots off we can slide all over the floors of the tower, or use them to build up enough static to shock other players in PvP.
