I was actually riding along with my father when this happened. We responded to the call. It was a mix of cool and creepy/scary at the same time. The other weird thing is that we don't know who called 911. It wasn't any if the neighbors since they were all sleeping at the moment. We were responding for an assist for an ambulance actually. The only information we had was that one of the paramedics refused to perform CPR, we had no clue we were stumbling upon a crime scene. The moment we saw blood we left immediately and called for backup. 10 minutes late 10 squad cars came rushing in and every on of those officers stormed the place. Next thing we know we see the guy walking out only saying "I cut off his head... I cut off his head..." Well that's my Christmas story!
