What's the most raging ragequit you've ever done?
What is the worst ragequit you have ever committed? The one that rustled your jimmies worse than anything else.
Mine would probably be either anytime I got cross-map spawn killed by nub tubes in CoD, or the first time I perished in lava in Minecraft. I also had a few vitriolic ones in Reach where I got booted because someone sprinted into my parked vehicle, and I was the top player on my team lol! But I'm not sure if you can ragequit after being booted, you can just rage.

Socom Combined Assault is my favorite game ever. But it was SO rage inducing under certain circumstances. The details are foggy, but one time resulted with me ripping my controller from the PS2 and stomping it to bits and pieces. Granted, I had clarity to know I didn't need it, I had two other controllers...but I still indeed gave it a thrashing.

At least those of you who are not host / off host know what I'm talking about. I have struggled with this demon for years, and had beaten it down for a long time until CoD: Ghosts. all the CoD's I have played in the past 5 years were tolerable for the most part due to lag compensation being incorporated. But this monstrosity they have released only favors the golden children blessed with FIOS. (Such a broken game experience on the XB1 too btw. The 360 version is much less buggy) Most my recent relapse - last night. Playing on a team of friends, I had already seen one teammate leave the games earlier in the evening for they were experiencing the same torment and torture that I was, with hit registration meaning nothing. But I soldiered on. I was not going to allow the lag to defeat me and turn me into a raging mad man. Eventually though, after seeing clips of ammo spent, hit markers that would plaster an elephant, and little positive indications that things would change - it happened. After pouring round after round through the unrelenting, skating enemy players, being dropped by all manner of WTF - HOW IS THIS EVEN HAPPENING BS, guard dogs killing me though they bullet proof and still were 20 yards away - I snapped. The lights went out, but all I could see was a blinding white as the anger ripped through my consciousness and took over. Words were said that I am not proud of. My hands automatically clicked 'Leave Game' option before I could even try to reason what was going on. I must not have totally lost it, for the controller never left my hands, and no walls or animals suffered any damage. When I eventually came to, and realized my failure to control the rage monster once again. After a while of analyzing my loss of composure, I started playing solo. It's amazing what a new lobby can do you for you. Things turned around, and I climbed back on the wagon. I WILL BEAT YOU RAGE! I WILL! *wipes tears from eyes and returns to my seat*

Does it count as rage-quitting if you're bullied into quitting? The time that immediately springs to mind was back in the Halo 3 days, I was playing Assault on Standoff and for some reason I wasn't playing with any of my usual crew. (I was probably waiting for someone else to get on.) Anyway, I get matched up with 3 d-bags that immediately start picking on me. It was the usual "OMG, it's a girl!" type comments (make me a sammich, why aren't you in the kitchen, etc) at first, but they got worse and they were relentless. They started making fun of my voice and my accent and their comments eventually devolved into straight sexual harassment. I remember once I started to speak (game related) and one of the assholes yelled "Put my dick back in your mouth and shut up bitch!" - so classy. I usually don't let that shit bother me, but I had just had enough. They made the mistake of letting me drive the warthog. The worst offender had just grabbed the bomb and I was supposed to be driving over to the base but I detoured and drove off the cliff, screamed "-blam!- YOU GUYS!" and quit. I had a gunner so I got 2 of the 3 at least. I felt better after that.

the road to 50 in halo 3 was littered with rage filled moments, but it was all worth it when that 49 changed to 50 on the lobby screen. never been as invested in a multiplayer game as i was in halo 3, so very few have made me ever rage. i see this as a testament to halo 3's greatness more than anything else.

If I got stronger every time I was struck down in some undignified manner, I should be indestructible on many games. I can handle loss, but not humiliating loss because I wasn't up to game that one day, and those times are too numerous to type here. However, I've died 3 kills away from a Perfection, been betrayed by truly terrible humans and teammates, and I've seen my team butchered by one person who is either a computer or uses auto-aim. I don't like it.

2 RepliesDark souls, got invaded in the forest by two forest hunters, ones a tank, ones a Mage with black magic and crystal magic. Fighting the tank(didn't get notification for the Mage), all of a sudden dark bead. Then crystal soulspear. I quit instantly for fear of losing 5 million souls and fifty humanity. I load back up. The save file has been corrupted and will not load.

6 RepliesThe hardest I've ever raged was during gta 5. I was playing multi with some friends and a bunch of dumbasses decide to only hunt me down for a hour. They kept killing me and I lost almost 100k. I slammed the controller into my forehead, almost threw it, and punched the on/ off button till the bitch box turned off.

Every single time I play CoD I have the new "biggest rage of my life" session. Every death I receive feels like complete bs and I know it's just a bunch of little shits that couldn't possibly do anything in any other real FPS. Run and gun is practically impossible to do in CoD as nearly everyone hard aims corners. I just hate the game to death and can't figure out why I continue to buy it.... I also rage pretty hard in NHL 14's HUT knowing that every goalie I face is a training card stacked 99 overall and everyone top shelf glitch goals all game long. It disgusts me to the point where I actually put a mic on and go bananas. Then I get even more pissed when people act like they're playing legitimate.... I can play in these games and literally get 20+ quality shots on goal with maybe 1 actually going in while they get maybe 5 shots total and score 4 goals. Just thinking about it get's my blood boiling.

Call of duty is the only game series where I ragequit on a regular basis, I raged so much on that game that I just stopped playing it. I loved the older CoDs(Black Ops and back) but ever since MW3, I just can't seem to have fun on it anymore.

Playing Bully Scholarship Edition and I made it far enough into my classes where I got to Music 3 and I swear on my life they designed the minigame for Music 3 to be impossible. There's no -blam!-ing completing this -blam!-ing game. I looked up videos, guides and even tried 3 different controllers and I cannot time the God damn button prompts correctly. I took the disk out of my tray and haven't put it back in since.

Get in a game of BF3 CTF the map was a farm Enemy team has both helicopters, most of our tanks, they scored 2/3 and just spawn camp. I spawn, get shot by a tank, spawn again, killed by same tank. Quit

In Halo Reach on BTB map Boneyard. The match was pretty unbalanced from the get go. It was one of those mathes you have idiots for teammates who like driving warthogs head first into enemy tanks and players that run out in the open on a BTB map lol So I knew we'd lose. What really got me frustrated though was this one guy on the other team. You know, those guys you can beat but every time you are about to kill him his teammates pick you off first (2v1 situations) and then he proceeds to teabag you like he beat you fairly lol This moron on the other team would do this every time I encountered him and would use his retarded jetpack to get angles on me while his teammates lowered my shields. I wasn't going to stay around for that BS anymore and left. Also any match where my team begins to get spawn killed I say 'nope' and leave. I refuse to be spawn killed. It's never happened to me and never will let it happen. I'm out the door before then if my team is so poor they can't even defend their own base.

OR maybe in black ops 2 league play getting a 100 win streak on platinum division and STILL not getting promoted to master. lol. Thank god i threw those CoDs back in the river.
