Given Bungie's exclusivity (timed or otherwise) with Sony, their preference for PS, and their distaste for microsoft, I seriously doubt xbox versions of the game will be anything but very basic ports. No bells and whistle, certainly not xbox bells and whistles. For example I've heard for the xbox versions, guardians will be like little stick figures running around in minecraft like pixelated environments. The sound of gunfire will be like dead space's foam finger (somebody yelling phew phew and bang bang) when you shoot baddies. You will know they are bad because they will be red stick figures. Your space ship will be a clapped out flying saucer dangling on a bit of string. The soundtrack will be from The Sound of Music. I'm personally hanging out for "Climb every mountain" - I've heard it will feature in every public event. Whereas the PS versions of the game will feature limited editions, customized consoles and controllers, countless giveaways of gold and cash - the xbox versions will have a giveaway of a nicely formed pile of dog pooh. This giveaway is a very special gift from Bungie. Rather than them rubbing your face in it (thats the dog shit) you will get to rub your own face in it, hence they dont even have to get their hands dirty. Wow Destiny awaits.

In another post I had the other day I was talking about emotes being utilized ingame via Kinect... Either by audio or motion tracking. It's be sick.

I think that they will incorperate the connect because how cool would it be to say something like, " HULK SMASH!" and your titan jumps and does his ground pound.

That would be nifty. Nothing overly intensive though. I'm not planning on using my Kinect that often, personally.
