At my new job I work 11-7. Since taking this position, I get heartburn every night for seemingly no reason. I don't usually eat anything on my shift, but I will drink milk to try to neutralize the acid. It isn't triggered by food (anything spicy or acidic). Anybody have a good idea as to why I get heartburn at night? I never got it before taking this shift (which pays more than my previous position).
