Identifying Jerks.
At what point do you decide that someone's being a jerk? When do you decide enough is enough and report them?
Bonus question: What should be done with members who just can't be tolerated?

When everyone is enjoying the thread and then somebody makes a very negative post for no reason. Less mature people don't understand that they don't need to put their input in every thread, if you want to be negative for no reason go somewhere else.
