ingame/fireteam chat?

in game chat for fire teams and other players

ps3/4 players are screwed whem it comes to more than 1 friend

ps4 will get party chat

Will we have in game chat? Or will playstation users have a hard time talking to the whole fireteam orbother players in the world?
