Creepiest things that have happened to you.
Well I was setting traps out in a field at my cabin and a few hours later I returned and found that they were sucessful and caught a rabbit.
This was at midnight and it is 3 miles away from the cabin.
But then I started to hear coyotes howling and there was lots of them...
I made it home safely but boy it was a long and erie walk back or shall I say run.
EDIT: Wow I never expected this to be so popular!
Sad thing is, that Halo3mnky was just an account I made to bug Halo2mnky, If only I created this thread on my main account. So I may receive the credit for this there.

I candy flipped at a rave, then went to an after party with my friends. A bald, bearded (lusciously) man started a conversation with me, then rolled a joint for us to share. So naturally, this guy's cool in my books. We smoke it with another of my friends, and we find out that he doesn't actually know anyone at this party. Now, after the joint, I didn't really see him for a while.... I'm sitting on a couch, tripping out, doing my thing, and someone starts whispering lyrics in my ear. I turn, and there's my bearded friends. Now over the course of sneaking up on me and singing in my ear five or six times, I realized (at the third time, I caught on from the course) that he recited every single lyric from Time After Time. I never even got his name or saw him again, but I think I found my best friend.

I remember being in Year 3 at Primary School (in the UK, don't know if thats US's version of elementary?) anywho, I was 8 years old and we had a Christmas project on the Egyptians. So I drew a real good picture of Ra, the Sun God, I mean for an 8 year old, this was good! So my Mom suggests that I colour it in. Great idea! I come rushing upstairs and as I come to the landing, I kidd you not, the ghost of an old lady in a large wedding dress like gown walked straight out what is the toilet and into my bedroom at the time. Stupidly, without thinking, I ran into my room to still get the colours and she was gone. Room was cold though. I'm 19 now, still in the same house but never seen her again.

So then I went to the bathroom and showered but after I got out the glass was fogged up with steam but one part it had a hand print going all the way down! I wish I took a picture!!! But then I asked her whole family and they were like what? I had the door locked so I was like tf as well. But yeah I was shocked! PT2) this happened like a month ago! I was showering again in my gf's house and this was so creepy! I put soap on my face but as soon as I was washing the soap off, the lights go off and I was like oh crap!!!!! I was so paranoid because I felt like I wasn't alone, I was thinking what if something is in the bathroom! I had my phone in there so I got out quickly and turned on the iphone 5 flashlight and I was like THANK GOD NOTHING WAS THERE but I still don't know why the lights turned off if everything else still has power in the house, I just turned the lights on after. Still spooked, I'm going to shower again here in 30 min why did I have to think of this again lol!

Ok so I sleep walk whenever I have insanely bad dreams and don't remember anything from it so I'm going off what my sister told me... So I was on a cruise and I left my room and walked to the front of the ship.. My sister saw me leave and followed me there.. She touched my shoulder asking what I was doing and I started screaming clutching my shoulder and ran to the railing banging my hands against it and kicking it.. I was then held down by some people nearby on the deck screaming for a long time and trying to claw them.. I wouldn't have believed my sister if the railing wasnt bent and I didn't have a broken hand

7 RepliesOkay, so every night, if I stay up till 2 in the morning, my mind will do the strangest shit. Like, the walls, ceiling, floor, everything will start looking like black and red aged/twisted wood. I'll walk downstairs into my living room like I'm drunk, before sitting on the chair. And across from me, there's this tall as hell being made of shadows wearing a tophat and monocle, made out of the same wood. We will stare at each other for God knows how long till he lunged at me, with like, twenty pairs of steel teeth, and his mouth is sort of like an Elite from Halo.

This was just a dream, but it was one of the scariest I've ever had. It starts out that I'm on the floor in my room, my door smashed into splinters, my bed cracked in half, and claw marks all over the walls and ceiling. I'm screaming at the top of my lungs "go away! Go away!" My dad, who sleeps just down the hall, comes rushing in my room, asking what happened. I try to tell him, "it was the gh-, the gh-, the gh-, grraaaahhhh!!!" The ghost, is what I'm trying to say, but 'the ghost' is preventing me from revealing it's presence. My dad looks confused at first, but then realizes what I'm trying to tell him. He gasps when he does, and says "oh, the gh-" but then 'the ghost' possesses him mid-sentence. His mouth and eyes open wide, then his eyes roll back in his head and turn completely white. At this point my heart is beating so fast it feels like it will explode, and I can't scream or run. I can only stand there and watch as my father is taken over by this monster. I wake up drenched in sweat. Heart racing. Panting heavily. I didn't really get any sleep that night.

Glad to see someone bumped quite an old thread, but I'll leave something. Earlier in the year, I was hit on for the first time. I was walking around my university's campus when some creepy ass midget high school chicks turned my way and started flirting with me. They said stuff like how I looked like Daniel Bryans, which wasn't too bad or anything. It got really awkward when one chick "I wish I could own him". Me and my friend looked at each other with confused looks and just scurried inside into the building we were walking to.

3 RepliesI had a dream that a tall hooded figure with a long scythe came out of my closet and stood there looking at me. He never said a word and I couldn't see his face. He pointed at me and when I tried to run out of my room and I fell on my chest paralyzed. He then cut at my back with the scythe repeatedly. When I woke up that morning I had 4 large scars on my lower back that were never there before. I don't know if the scars scare me more or the fact that the dream is so vivid in my memory.

I was on a field trip to see the Lion King in New York City. Before the play, we were allowed to walk around with a chaperone to tour the city and shop. We were on our way to the Toys 'R' Us with the Farris Wheel inside. On the way, this old guy with teeth missing and his shirt opened came out of a stand that sold tools. He held an orange knife with a 1 inch blade. He yelled to me: " Hey! Wou wan diss? Come over here; give me five dollar and I give you this". I walked a little faster around the city that day.

14 RepliesEdited by The Merchant: 12/12/2014 6:37:26 AMWell, while admittedly creepy at first I've honestly gotten used to it (I apologize to anyone who doesn't believe in spirits) but basically all my life I've had a group of spirits following me, I don't know who they are, what they are, but they've been there all my life, I only see them when it's dark, and all I see are faces, before you dismiss this as seeing things in the dark I will tell you this They go away when I close my eyes They aren't illusions, images in my mind, they aren't that afterimage you get looking away from a screen So far they haven't done anything, just stare at me, I stare back, they make a face, I flip them off, I honestly do not care at this point, I'll be trying to use the bathroom, and I'll be feeling watched, and I will legitimately sigh, look around, and say "Do you [b]mind[/b]" and then the feeling will go away I told my mom a long time ago about it and she looked at me very seriously and said "Tell them to go away" I tried, they haven't I honestly don't know their purpose, or why they're following "me", I just know they watch me, thinking, learning, learning what? I don't know They become more active when I talk about them or think about spirits, in fact right now as I'm typing this I'm becoming more and more uncomfortable, I think I need to stop soon They don't like people knowing about them As a sort of punishment I guess they bring nightmares Once when I was really little I was obsessed with learning about ghosts and stuff, one night I had a nightmare that I walked into our bathroom, and I felt uneasy, suddenly there was a small girl standing in the bathtub, the door slams shut, and I am slung around the room as she screeches I woke up terrified, and placed in the opposite direction on my bed, my head on the other end Ever since then I've been terrified I'll see her again, I don't care about any of them but her, she unnerves me

It's not anything supernatural, it's just hallucinations that occur as your mind switches from consciousness to REM sleep
