HATERS:If Halo 5 is really good. Would you change your opinions about 343i.

What would make you change your opinion about them/343i?

13 RepliesEdited by Astraeos: 8/15/2013 4:22:45 AMif you go to halo.xbox.com and go to forums for xbox one, 343i is looking at all suggestions they are asking what armor abilities they would like and not like to see and other stuff. i hate how no one really gave 343i a chance. they are honestly to most responsive company i've seen, they knew people didn't like the change so they have been doing everything they can to get it the way people want to see it, which is to late because everyone says its terrible though its a lot different.

If they did manage to learn from their mistakes and made a good game then perhaps I will give 343 some credit.

If they keep away crappy armor ablilties like Active Camo, Jet Pack and keep cool ones like thruster pack and hardlight shield ill be happy. Take away perks though and keep away plasma pistol and nades off spawn from BTB and it'll better

Judging that Halo 2 had a crappy Campaign, Halo 3 didn't have the same level of awesome maps as H2 and Reach had..... well it had everyone else whining.... I'll give 343 the chance to redeem themselves. I'd love to see Halo back at the level it used to be. I'm teetering between half glass full and half glass empty. I can see 343 working it out, but I can also see them doing more of the same.

8 RepliesI don't hate 343i. Besides for CE Anniversary this was their first game so screw ups are acceptable. They said they'd fix things for Halo 5 and I will hold them to their word. Perhaps with the experience they now have they will make Halo 5 a better game. If they mess this up then I have lost respect for 343. Otherwise I'm fine with them

me? Well if i enjoy the game i enjoy it. If you are asking the b.net community as a whole... well people will either give it a chance or they won't. Most probably will try it but then hate on it either way.

No matter what people say about it ima play halo 5 cuz halo is my favorite game series, plus me and my friends will do a lot of fun and crazy stuff.

I'm cautiously optimistic. Now that their team is stabilized and they've made their own game, I think they have a good sense of how the Halo community works and what "Halo" encompasses. My opinion is that there's always room for improvement. If Halo 5 is killer, I certainly will be playing again, and I'm sure many of my friends may return. However, there's also a good chance it'll continue the direction Reach started and deviate further away from the "Halo" I enjoy. In that case, i'll play the Campaign a few times and stick with Destiny.

3 RepliesNo. They did EVERYTHING wrong for the campaign, and have shown complete disregard for public feedback. The only reason I would consider getting halo 5 is for the custom games. Other than that (I can't believe I'm saying this), I'm done with halo. Long live Bungie

I love Halo. Halo 4 was fantastic, and I know for a fact that I'll enjoy Halo 5. If people hate it, I do not care.

Of course I would. If halo five is a home run just like all the other halos (halo 4 notwithstanding), of course I'd go back to the series. I'm just disappointed with halo 4, that's all.

6 RepliesNo, I wouldn't. The damage has already been done. I've already lost interest, and I just don't see myself ever coming back. I haven't even been keep track of anything Halo related for the past 8 months now. And it hurts me to say that since I've grown up playing this franchise. The last true Halo game was ODST. Everything after and including Reach is just spiraling downward with no way to stop it.

I don't hate 343i. I think Halo 4, while certainly not the best game in the series, was a step up from every Bungie made Halo game from Halo 3 onwards. Not that I'll be playing H5, probably. Not planning on getting an Xbox One anytime soon.
