  • Yeah well, should have asked about that before signing the deal. I've known that for years, and I'm just a consumer, how is it the Game Dev couldn't see this before signing the exclusivity deal? Ah well, it does suck, just the way things go over with the big MS.

    • Then why did you jump on M$ shaft? Makes no sense. Oh well, PS4 is no different. I know it's more laxed than Xbox, but not like PC still. So any company that wants to update their games fast like on PC won't be doing that on consoles anytime soon, unless your CCP >.>

    • I wonder by how long he means when he says a long time? I'm pretty sure they are talking with in a day. Their current World of Tanks can be hot patched within hours if they find out they put out a glitch or some type of other mishap. I am sure that there is a process that they have to give the data to Microsoft and they check to make sure there is no virus or other type of bad software that could harm users and Microsoft themselves. They can't really allow Wargamming to just upload as they feel since if something happens it will be Microsoft's ass that gets in trouble. That is atleast how I would handle patching and updates if I was Microsoft.

      • If he didn't like it then why did he take the money from Microsoft to get it on the Xbox?

        • Well considering that it takes two weeks for MS to approve any content/patch and you have to pay to do it I'm not surprised people are unhappy.

The developers are retarded for making a "Free To Play" game for the 360 which requires a gold membership.

            • Happy enough to take the money though wasn't he? Besides most free to play games are shit anyway, so this really shouldn't bother most people.

              • As an avid WoT player, Wargaming updates World of Tanks often to add new tanks, nations, mechanics, and maps to the game. I can see where they come from this, seeing how the process to update a game on Xbox usually takes much longer. Wargaming also does not like that a gold membership costs money.
