Ok, so here's how it goes. My uncle handed me tonight a bill from a foreign country, and asked me if I could find out where it was from and what it was worth. I am having no luck with this
So I'm turning to you. Here's what it looks like: front - back
Most of the writing is in cryllic, but it does have english alphabet letters. On the front it says at the top "NARODNA BANKA JUGOSLAVIJE" and under the big 5000 it says "DINARA".
On the back, near the top, it says "JUGOSLAVIJA" again, and under the 5000 it says "PET HILJADA DINARA".
If you can identify this bill, and possibly tell me it's worth in American dollars, if you know, then I'd be extremely grateful.

Based on the high price inflation rate the country had a monetary reform in 1998 and is using "mark" and "feninga" today as you are using dollar and cent. Your 5000 dinar bill is worthless, sorry.
Also the country no longer exists.
Damn i wasn't expecting you to go this in depth about it. And also damn about the worthlessness. Well, thanks anyway brosef.
You could probably do a girl in Croatia or Bosnia with that, but that's it.
