-Character
-Rank
-Campaign

Friendly pointer: this would be better posted in the #Gaming tag, rather than #Community. As for your question, you can't really do that without creating a new Xbox LIVE/local profile. Hard stat resets can't be performed on Halo: Reach, or any other Halo game for that matter.

You can't, mate. Campaign doesn't really matter though. If you want to 'reset' your campaign, just... select mission #1.
