What would you prefer the leveling system to be in Fallout 4 (or the next Fallout game)? There is the skill tree system that was present in Bethesda's latest game, Skyrim, that consisted of training each ability and unlocking special perks for that branch when you rank up and meet the level requirements, or the traditional system that was from Fallout 3 and New Vegas where you would rank up and be gifted skill points and a perk, that is if the requirements are met. And of course, there is always the option to suggest your own custom or preferred leveling system. So, with the descriptions being done with, vote and post away.
Personally, I'd like to see the skill tree system implemented in the next Fallout since it helps shape your player based on your place-style.
