What class and race will you make your character? I will probably be a hunter and a human.

Either Titan (exo or human) or Exo Hunter. Probably Titan though, whichever one has the biggest armor sets

Judging from vidoc it looks like you can have multiple characters so I'll probably dabble with all variants. But knowing me I'll most likely gravitate to the EXO Titans like in this drawing.
