Bungie is famous for the Halo Series and the unique bad-ass designs of the Spartan series armor sets, do think that some to all of these designs should be incorporated into the game?
-
Apparently there is a Helmet Similar to Master Chief's in Destiny... i've never come across it but my says they saw something similar on a Titan
-
For legal reasons, I doubt Halo IP will be carried over. They've sold (all?) it to 343 in the spin-off. But thankfully, Bungie's creativity abounds. I look forward to seeing what they've been thinking up!

the one rarest thing should be, like how security, the last helmet, was from marathon
-
Just Recon. When something becomes as big a part of who Bungie is as recon is, you can't leave it behind. Marathon would be nice to see too.
-
Maybe a Mythic-ified version, but really, in comparison with the new hotness, the Halo armors look a bit... meh, now. Needs more trenchcoat.
-
Recon and Marathon helmets. No more, no less.
-
I say no. Bungie has to focus on setting this apart from Halo. That is how each project they've mde unique. From Marathon to Halo, Bungie is about setting the bar.
-
Something similar would be a cool easter-egg. I don't think they should include an exact copy of the armor-set though.
-
I don't think Bungie has the legal rights to do that.
-
Maybe something similar, but only one or two designs. I want Destiny to be inspired by something other than Halo.

Edited by meep: 4/26/2013 7:53:58 PMi prefer new designs, a mixture of armor from other games. for example halo 4 venator helmet combined with dead space 3 helmets

For some reason I think I remember reading somewhere that they didn't want a throw back to either Halo or Marathon.. This was awhile ago though, so don't expect me to hunt that down for you.
-
My thought is there should be like a cameo or special download of popular halo 3 and reach armors. I wouldnt wear them, but it would be pretty sick

I enjoyed the Halo Series and Spartans were always bad-ass, but I don't think the exact armor sets should be in the game, just something similar to remind us of Bungie's history and some of the greatest warriors to ever fight.
