Just tell me which side you stand for and why. I have been thinking about it for awhile and i wanted to know what all of you guys feel about it. So, tell me what you think about his death.
-
What do you mean by "died", he obviously escaped the ark. Why is this even up for debate?
-
Edited by The Fallen Zyzz: 7/2/2015 4:59:08 PMI liked Johnson. In my opinion, he should have lived. No one in Halo 4 has come even close to replacing him. Especially not goddamn Sarah Palmer.
I guess it is only natural that a character based on Apone would die.
-
Also lol, this thread is a stroll down "2013 Halo 4 Hate" lane. I wonder if these people realize that Halo 3 also sucked.
-
Yes, because 343 can't -blam!- him up now.
-
Johnson was a boring character. The only interesting thing about him was that he turned white in Halo 3
-
Man, who bumped this? Ah whatever. I'm okay with his death. Can you imagine what 343 would have done to the character? *shudders*
-
Johnson: send me out... with a bang Chief: why? Johnson: halo 4...
-
I doubt that it was really spoiled for anyone but having a spoiler alert with the spoiler in the title is kind of pointless.
-
Edited by Smarkdow: 4/24/2013 4:54:47 PMHis death might have had more of an impact if he wasn't killed by a light bulb.
-
Dear humanity . We regret... Rip johnson you magnificent son of a bitxh
-
Edited by SkintightJeebers: 7/2/2015 1:01:57 AMShould Glenn from Walking Dead have died (in the comics)?
spoiler alert
-
Most people probably knew but why on earth would you put the spoiler right in the title?
-
Johnson ain't dead... just you wait he'll be back... he always is
-
Yeah or else they'd use him in that fan fiction
-
Yus becuz den 343 wud brake his canoe
-
Yes. Now 343 can't ruin him. They should have killed Chief as well.
-
Yes otherwise he'd have to live through halo 4
-
Yeah. He was just a funny stereotype.
-
Yes I'm glad he died before 343i could milk him to death.
-
I voted yes because it dramatic, sad but...the same reason for Shepard die-ing. It was the end of his story and he sacrificed himself for the greater good.
-
He cheated death once in CE. He couldn't get away this time, and I'm ok with this. It's best that he died before 343 would have destroyed his character.
-
I don't care about him at all.
-
No. I mean, the Warthog did have three seats...
-
spoilers dood wtf
-
Somebody familiar on the 'good side' had to die in order for Halo 3 to have any kind of emotional anchor, and of course it had to be the generic, cigar-smoking black sergeant who did little beyond provide comic relief. So yes, his death was necessary.
-
Had there been no Halo 4 then that would have been a fitting point for Johnson to die. However now that the main Halo series is being continued I think that it sorely misses Sgt Johnson, so no I don't think he should have died.
