Can I skip leg day and do cardio on the treadmill instead?
-blam!- leg day. Seriously. It's awful, and I always feel like I'm gonna die. I sweat like a pig on leg day and end up all -blam!-ed up in the morning, so I can undestand why people skip it. So, Flood, could I replace leg day with cardio on the treadmill instead?
