I recently got a letter from an organization I signe up with, that I am accepted to be an exchange student to Austria after high school for 11 months! I don't even know what to say! Im basically the first person in my school's history to become an exchange student straight after high school instead of going to college. My reason for this decision is I feel like I am not ready to be a collge student BUT I would love to learn a new language. Im getting calls from my local news station to do a story on me that will be aired on television and the newspaper wants to also do a story that will be on the front page! (Well thats what I am hoping for lol) I won't exactly know where I will live or what school I will go to until I get my host family (Family that will volunteer to host an exchange student for the school year) Any tips or advice you guys were willing to share?
