For Destiny, I find that Bungie is definitely looking to make us, the players, the protagonists; but we as individuals will have great control in how our characters will act and play in this new universe. Below are some ideas that I think should factor into the customization of our characters, I'm leaving out obvious ones such as gender. *Voice (Say your Guardian is hit by a grenade, they should have different tones and voices to personalize our guardian) *Walking mannerism (A feature in Saints Row 2 I believe, the way in which you walk should be in the customization options for Destiny, I believe this could be a reality considering that in the PS4 Destiny trailer we saw a side-angle screen of a character simply walking) *Emoticons (Already confirmed, as according to the IGN article, when it was described that a random guardian striked a "Let's do this pose," these possible emoticons could be applied to the D-pad) *Color of armor/apparel (We know we'll be wearing armors and capes and such, I think each should be customizable with our own unique choices of coloring, similar to our Spartans in Halo, but with greater attention to detail, side note: I think it would be a nice touch to have the ability to put the logo of our respective faction on a part of armor (and an option to turn that off), like a badge with the Dead Orbit symbol, or New Monarchy etc) *Our own respective emblems to place on our armor (Like the emblems in Halo, we should be able to have these, but there should also be an option to not have it for players who desire that) Any other ideas? This is strictly talking about our own guardians.
