I just recently attached both my xBox gamertag and PSN account to my Bungie account. Previously, none had been linked and notifications were sent to my phone, no problem. After linking both, I now receive the same notification twice, usually a minute or so apart. So instead of chirping once, it chirps twice within a minute or two, for the same notification.
