Gamertag
I just set up this bungie account for my gamertag, Halo Sam 1. for some reason the account is using another gamertag I have called happeningone. Do you know how I can switch the gamertag so I have Halo Sam 1 instead of happeningone?

You will need to make a "pivot". Actually a pair of them. 1) Create another login method for each account, a disposable (or real) FB, PSN or Google account. 2) Link one of those new accounts to the Sam account, the other to the happening account. 3) Then, because each Bungie account has 2 linked logins, you can then "unlink" the MS/gamertags from each account and "swap" them. Or, just use the "rename" feature on the account that you want to the name that you want. Profile-settings-about me Edit and save.
