Remember that feeling you got when you first picked up that copy of Reach. Slid that disk into your 360 and saw that dark screen envelop your TV, and then you saw it. Noble 6, in all brown Mark V [B] armor. Me too. Knowing that you can craft your character to be a visual representation of yourself takes your gaming experience to a whole new level.
As we all know, Bungie is moving on from Halo and because of this I believe it is time that we should be able to select not only the armor our characters wear, but we should be able to make our characters look like us exactly. From the skin and eye color to the level of muscle on our characters bones, the height and even the age. Of course the gender should be in there as well. Hairstyles should vary from the common buzz cut to the waist length hair and even to the Afro box cut (high top). Having your characters custom face, and body showing up in cut scenes would make you feel like you are really in the game and immerse you even further into the story. Seeing as that's what Bungie was going for in the first place, it only makes sense.
Thoughts anyone?

The level of customization that will be offered, I think alot of amazing things can be done. I really ,look forward to the new project, and applaud Bungie on their level of detail for the new character customizations.

I have never played as myself in a game. Because to me it sounds dissappointing to know that the me in the game, is a way better and cooler version of me irl. Full customization though, the current trend and it simply works.■

I think it'd be cool for Kinect to scan your face and autobuild your character.
