Hello everyone, So I saw the Bungie's motto today while viewing their new IP. I realized that the word "facete" is not the correct conjugation of "facere". In fact, "facete" is an adverb of the adjective "facetus" which means polite or courteous. The usage of "nobis" is incorrect as well because "us" is not an indirect object, the correct usage is "nos" which makes it a subjective accusative of the indirect statement. Is it possible for Bungie to change it to the grammatically correct motto? Wrong form "Non facete nobis" Right form "Nolite facere nos" Thanks, and I hope you'll have a nice day.
