Depends on the level. Any level with Flood use Blackeye unless your gonna run like an alien or something. My skulls I use every level on Legendary, simple: Tough Luck, Catch, Fog, Thunderstorm, Cowbell, Grunt Birthday Party, IWHBYD. Tilt, Famine, and Mythic are fun too... If you like using the plasma pistol to take off shields then BR their heads... but yea. All Skulls FTW! CQC SQUAD!!!
