•
Posted by: Einchy
Posted by: Lt ForkHead so what this story is telling me is that the new toymaker will cheap out by making them smaller and less detailed and try to increase profits by appealing to a broader range of consumers? You've got to be -blam!- kidding me
Have you ever seen their work before? They have the best and most detailed toys I have ever seen.
I was going to say the same thing, just not as nicely. Someone who refers to McFarlane Toys as a " sub-par toymaker " has obviously never even seen their work. The Joyride figures are great and all but I have always wished that McFarlane was doing the Halo line. His work is absolutely astounding and just beautiful to see so I was just tickled to find out he would be working on the Halo 3 line. (I still have a buttload of Spawn comics and toys in storage from my college days.) Plus, as a hockey fan I always liked the fact that McFarlane was a dead ringer for Brendan Shanahan.
