Hi-res Halo 3 Screenshots on Bnet
We've released our hi-res versions of some of the screenshots that you've been seeing in magazines and web sites for the past few weeks. You can find them in our [url=http://www.bungie.net/Games/Halo3/gallery.aspx?gallery=Screenshots&page=1]Halo 3 Screenshots [/url]section.

You all have to keep in mind that the graphics are mostly placeholders, and the fact that it's in ALPHA. The game will look a lot more like the Halo 3 trailer in terms of graphics. And I don't see how people think these screenshots look anything like Halo 2. They look better than Halo 2, but not as good as the Halo 3 trailer. Also, the campaign screenshot with MC against a wall was awesome. To those of you complaining about that, it's just the lighting :D
