It's not so much about equal opportunity as it is about us having fun with people who want to play with us to have fun. Yes, there are many clans and organizations that are eager to play against us, most of which never will due to their attitude of "OMG our clan will totally pwnzor your noob asses!!!!!1" - that just doesn't sound like a very fun challenge to accept. We like to play with good sports, we like to laugh and we love to have fun... for me personally, that's all the humpday challenges are about. These events take place in our free time, when we could be spending time with our friends and families, or doing any number of other things. That's primarily why I am picky about who I play with, I don't want to waste my night playing against some jerks who are going to talk smack and try to Banshee surf the bomb on top of buildings or any other nonsense... I can do that anytime in matchmaking. ;-)
