I was for a very long time, until I realized that it doesn't matter anyway. What are the problems of one person compared to the terrible things that have been done to someone else? You'll find that your own problems are relatively minor compared to what others have gone through, and that in truth you have no right to be depressed over such trivial matters. At least, that's what helps me get to sleep at night.
