Plz, dont flame me, but what does it mean when someone says bump in these forums?

reading the code of conduct is like fully reading your xbox manual or reading warrentys besides like with banning for XBL the thing should just say no lewdness cheating ect unless then a paragraph and top it with they can suspend you for any reason.
