Halo+Sailormoon (flame if you must)

I am currently writing a fanfic that combines Halo with anime like 'Sailor Moon', 'The Excel Saga', 'Gundam Wing', 'Tenchi Muyo' (oav), and many more. If you have any character or mecha ideas please let me know. And if anyone knows how to create a website please tell me so that I can unleash 'Sailor Moon Excel' upon the ignorant masses.
