Okay, I went to GameSpot yesterday to trade in my -blam!- up copy of Driv3r to get my money back (I'd already swaped it for another and it still didnt work) so the dumbass at GameStop tell me that all they can do is keep swapping the game, even if they know the game still isint going to work and that they cant give me my -blam!- money back. So they ended up loosin' me as a customer. Well today I call up Atari (developer or Driv3r) and tell them my problem, they tell me to try to clean the X-Box with a laser disc cleaner (which I'd done) and that if that didnt help to call X-Box support. So now I call up the X-Box support # and the dude was basically like "So what can I do to make everything okay with you?" So I'm thinking "Good, he's gonna help me out" So he get my info and we go over the problem and he asks if I would like to swap out the game for something different, so I agree. Next he puts me on hold and comes back sayin' that they cant even swap out the game (only for the exact title) and that I could opt to get my X-Box repaired for $99.67!!!!!!! But then the mutha -blam!-a says that my X-Box doesnt really need to be repaired, because it would only be for that game. Now what type of -blam!- bull-blam!- is that!!!!!!! Why the -blam!- is it that im out of $52. and x ammount of change and no one can -blam!- help me out!!!! It's not that $50 is alot of money, its just that I paid for a -blam!- game and I got one that's -blam!- up and no one, at GameSpot, Atari, or Microsoft can help me out. -blam!-!!!!!!!!!!!!
