what makes a good chapter?
can some1 give me some suggestions on how to make my chapter rele rele good so more and more people will come???
i need all the help i can get with my new one..

Make alot of databases, post alot in the forums(any bungie.net forum), get alot of news, stay active. Alot makes a good chapter.Mine probably isn't a [b]great[/b] chapter, but it's borderline good. And if you put a link in your sig, try and make it so people will read it.
