Besides Halo 2, what else did you like at E3?

I didn't see a thread like this for the first few pages, but I still apoligize in advance if this has been posted. Personally, I made my own 'Top 10 of E3' list. 1. Halo 2 (of course) 2. Legend of Zelda (newest GameCube title) 3. Nintendo DS 4. Mario 64x4 (DS) 5. Mario Kart DS 6. Paper Mario 2 ('Cube) 7. Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas (Hopefully Xbox, as I do not have a PS2) 8. Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap (GBA) 9. Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic 2 (Xbox/PC) 10. Star Wars(:) Battlefront (Not sure. I think it's for all platforms) I don't need to speak about the first two. Halo and Zelda are easily my two favorite games. I placed the DS well over the PSP. It's not because it's a Sony platform, but we didn't see any gameplay at E3 over the PSP. All Sony did was show music videos/movies on it. If I wanted to watch those, I'd get a portable DVD player that's less expensive and uses the universal media, rather than the UMD. Another interesting thing is the UMD. 'Universal Media Disc' How is it universal if it only works with Sony products? Mario 64x4. This game brings me the most nostalgic memories. I'd still be playing it today if it weren't for the fact that the analog sticks on both of my N64 controllers are worn down from play so much. I'm getting it for the single player feature, but you can also play the game with up to three other friends. I guess if you live in a more urban area (than I do, considering my town has a little over a thousand people), you'll love this feature. Mario Kart is easily my favorite racing series. I'm not into Gran Turismo or anything like that. I don't want my racing games to become a job. I want them to be fun. Mario Kart is just that. Single player has always been fun, and with much better graphics, I don't see what's wrong with it. The key feature here is obviously going to be the wireless multiplayer. Paper Mario 2 will be great. I prefer Nintendo RPGs (the few there are) over Square's RPGs. I think Square(soft)/(Enix) has worn out the Final Fantasy series. The games are decent, so don't get me wrong. I just think they need to be more creative with there titles. I liked Paper Mario (not as much as Super Mario RPG), so I'm sure Paper Mario 2 will be great. I'm hoping for an SMRPG re-make for the DS. I'm not really sure why Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas is on my list. I like GTA and all, but I don't own any of the games. (I'm sure that'll change pretty soon when I buy the double pack. I haven't had time to buy it.) I think the only reason that it's on here is because there's a hope of it coming to the Xbox. All of Sony's exclusive companies are beginning to produce games for Microsoft. Hell, Square/Enix's (I believe) President was contemplating on working for the next Xbox. He said he really liked the developing tools, the XNA. Legend of Zelda, once again... It's a portable title and I haven't disliked any of the Zelda games that have been portable. Seems like a good thing to me. I shouldn't really have to explain KotOR2, but I will. BioWare created one of the best damned RPGs I've ever played and placed it on an RPG-less console. That was a huge gamble they took. It got them fame from every direction. I believe a different company is developing KotOR2, but they've been given access to all of BioWare's tools that they used for the first game. If you're wondering why this isn't higher on the list, it's because this E3 was a great year this year. There were too many things that were great. Lucas Arts hasn't had that great of a track record with FPS, other than the first couple of games featuring Kyle Katarn. That ended when the technology became great enough to create a lightsaber for PC/console games. I'm hoping they re-establish their connection with the FPS gamers with this game. It looks great on all aspects: the graphics, the gameplay, and the story. I guess we'll just wait and see. The only other game I wish I could put on here is Star Wars: Republic Commando. It's another FPS game, but it looks great. I couldn't decide if I wanted RC or Battlefront on here, and it looks like Battlefront got on it. Republic Commando is definately a game to look forward to.
