Secret Room with Pictures in Winter Contingency
This is a video showing how to get into a secret room in Winter Contingency. Its a very large room and contains some pictures and generators. there is also sort of a second floor in the room as well.

Since we're on this level, has anyone figured out how to kill the stealth elite alone...I've metered my jumps to conserve run, but, have only popped him...haven't downed him yet.
