Just because it's made a ton more money than the other titles doesn't necessarily guarantee quality. Anyone remember that the Godzilla remake made over $400 million? Sales don't equate to quality because as I'm sure you're aware, a lot of people are morons. Besides that one detail, I wholeheartedly agree with your sentiments though.
