He's not with Halsey at CASTLE Base when Red Team arrive, and he doesn't escape the planet with them when Chief arrives in the Ascendant Justice when the last off-planet exfiltration craft on the continent was the Pillar of Autumn beforehand. I don't know why anyone would want such a horrid character to return anyway.
