I just got the book yesterday and I've read into the fifth chapter and i noticed a jump in the time stamps at the beginning of the chapters from 4 to 5 it goes from Dec 21, 2524 to Dec 21, 2525 and i remembered from the other books that harvest was glassed by late 2525 and first contact with the covenant had already occurred before. So i looked it up in [u]Fall of Reach[/u] on chapter 12 time stamp NOV 27, 2525 the Spartans with Dr Halsey on a UNSC frigate come under fire from a covenant ship and Halsey as well as the rest of the crew members seem to know fully well who and what the covenant is. Also in the next chapter john-117 and the other Spartans in his team receive their Mjolnir mark v armor w/ new energy deflecting shields for their new enemies/covenant so is this be a printing error and [u]Contact Harvest[/u] is set in 2524 and early 2525? p.s.aside from that the book looks great! p.p.s. i think I'm the only one who noticed this in the forum [Edited on 11.02.2007 6:10 AM PDT]
