MW2/3's spec ops with a story and more regular DLC.[/quote] Let's do a bit of maths here. 1 Spartan Ops mission is said to be about 15 minutes long. Each week, we get 5 new missions. So every week we're getting 75 minutes of extra content with cinematics and a cast of characters feeding into an overarching story with a planned beginning, middle and end. Those 15 minutes can be altered depending on whether you're doing them cooperatively and the difficulty you're on. So in a Season, we get 50 missions. With each Season we're getting 750 minutes of new content, equal to 12.5 hours every 10 weeks. That is over twice the length of ODST. Frankie has said that they want Spartan Ops to continue over the next 3 years or so leading up to Halo 5, which would leave us with (assuming all goes accordingly to plan) 810 missions overall. Per year, we'll have about 270 missions to choose from. With those 810 missions, we're talking about 12,150 minutes which it is over 202 hours. That is over 8.4 days worth of content. We are talking about 25.5 new campaigns here. So yes, it's pretty damn ambitious. [Edited on 10.06.2012 11:57 AM PDT]
