OP, you must lead a sad life if what's really grinding your gears, is a moderator on a game developers website... and this person just grinds those gears of yours and upsets you so much, that you even have to publicly discuss why you think he's unfit for the position because of his actions that you perceive to be rude. He isn't harassing anyone, he's not participating in slander, he's not attacking anyone. But just because he talks about his experiences in the medical profession, you feel this is wrong? Are you listening to how ridiculous you sound? And sure, he may be moderately condescending or sometimes make foolish people feel foolish, but that isn't against the rules.
