Clarifying the Storm Covenant's and Covenant's Belief System
So I understand that the Storm still hate the humans and the Covenant want to ally with the humans. And I also understand that the Storm are still in search of Forerunner artifacts. But does the Storm still believe in activating the Halos? Are they exactly like the old Covenant? And does the new Covenant still revere the Forerunners as gods?

They're a break-off faction of the Covenant that rebelled against the Sangheili and tried to kill the Arbiter. They basically believe in the exact same nonsense except now they don't take orders from the Prophets and know that it would be really stupid and bad for them to start the Great Journey.
